How does it work?

Are you receiving too many returns?

If Swiss customers have to pay customs duties and taxes on delivery they will often refuse to accept the shipment. What’s more, a shipment can only be delivered if the recipient is at home, otherwise customs clearance in Switzerland is not possible. If your customer misses the delivery date they’ll have to pick up the order themself - which they often won’t do.

Automated pre-clearance

With Mailbox Plus we offer a fully automated customs clearance solution. All costs, such as customs duties, value added tax (VAT) and administrative fees are levied in advance, and collected by Swiss customs. Your customers can accept their delivery without having to pay anything extra, while the goods can also be delivered when nobody’s home.
